David M. Hirsch, D.O.
Dr. Hirsch is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation . He earned his degree in Doctor of Osteopathy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine. Upon completion of his medical degree, Dr. Hirsch served a rotating internship at Mercy Catholic Medical Center and residencies in PM&R at Mt. Sinai Medical Center and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively. Prior to his joining South Texas Spinal Clinic, Dr. Hirsch held the position of Assistant Chief of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Service at Brooke Army Medical Center, San Antonio. Dr. Hirsch is Board Certified in the American Academy of Pain Management and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians. Dr. Hirsch is involved in acute and chronic pain management at the South Texas Spinal Clinic. His forte is Myofascial Pain which include duties: EMG's/Nerve Conduction Velocities, Trigger Point Injections, Facet Joint Injections, Sacroiliac Joint Injections, Epidural Steroid Injections under Fluoroscopy, Manual Medicine.
