Jerjis J. Denno, M.D.
Dr. Denno earned the degree of Doctor of Medicine at the University of Michigan Medical School, Ann Arbor, Michigan, in May of 1981. He also studied at the University of Juarez Medical School, Juarez, Mexico, expanding his medical education and becoming fluent in Spanish. Dr. Denno attended Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry.
Dr. Denno's postgraduate education continued with an internship in general surgery at Buffalo General Hospital in Buffalo, New York and a residency in Orthopeadic Surgery at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Denno was chosen to do his Fellowship training in Adult Spine Surgery at South Texas Spinal Clinic under the directorship of Dr. Gilbert Meadows. He is Board Certified by The American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Denno has a special interest in minimally invasive Microendoscopic Spine Surgery.
