About
Jack "Jake" Freeman Bluebird, II, earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee. His academic foundation and clinical training have equipped him with a strong understanding of musculoskeletal health and evidence-based rehabilitation practices. Jack’s primary clinical focus lies in orthopedics and spinal care, with a particular interest in the McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT). He is passionate about helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and regain confidence in their physical abilities. Jack believes that effective rehabilitation is not a one-size-fits-all. His philosophy centers on personalized care, where each patient’s unique situation, lifestyle, and goals are carefully considered in the treatment plan. He combines clinical expertise with empathy, striving to empower patients through education andm active participation in their recovery. By fostering trust and collaboration, Jack ensures that patients feel supported both physically and emotionally throughout their healing journey.
Outside of the clinic, Jack enjoys rock climbing, working out, and hiking. These pursuits not only reflect his commitment to an active lifestyle but also deepen his appreciation for the resilience of the human body—an insight he brings into his practice when guiding patients back to health.
