My visit with Dr. McShane was good.

When I need to share something with him, Dr. Hirsch has always been there to listen to what I have to say.

Dr. Hirsch and the whole group are always professional and care about their patients. They go out of their way to ensure we understand everything and answer every single question we have. I feel like part of a family, not just a number, with them.

Everyone in the office and Dr. Geibel are pleasant and caring. Patty, whom we have never met, is excellent. We get a kick out of Paulina. She has a great sense of humor, which is essential when you're in pain, but she is also gentle and caring. Dr. Geibel is always kind, honest, and helpful. He fixed the extreme pain and took great care of me following surgery. It was an excellent experience. Thanks.

I went in for SI joint injections, and it was a tolerable experience. I hadn't met my new doctor, but I have had different doctors perform the injections, so I was prepared for a little pain. Overall, the experience was good, from the front desk to checkout, I felt cared about. That makes a big difference in how I feel about a new doctor. Dr. McShane was very kind and gentle, and the procedure has helped me have a lot less pain.

After a long time of being in pain, I was transferred to Dr. Greenfield. He had an MRI of my hip done. He told me the results indicated osteonecrosis. He did a total hip replacement. He kept my family and me in the loop, answered our questions, and took his time. He was the light at the end of a very long, dark tunnel. I'm thankful to him and the staff.

I came in with acute back pain, and Dr. Jenne immediately took X-rays to examine what may be wrong. He explained the results very clearly and instructed me on what to do and what to avoid. He told me to do PT and, if pain persists, to come back for an MRI. I came back after the MRI, and he again broke down what he saw clearly, taking the time to answer my questions. The best part, I think, is that he didn’t jump to speaking of injections or possible surgery. He discussed how I can improve it and suggested some lifestyle changes I can make to address the issues on my own. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist in back issues.
